Business Plan Submission

• Download the application packet.       

• Print out and complete the application.

• Mail the application with the $100 non-refundable application fee to C-Cap, the organization that performs administrative functions for the First Fund.

• Email your business plan to C-Cap per the instructions.

Someone from C-Cap will contact you to continue the evaluation process.
